Our website is using multiple security features. 

• In some cases it can happen that when you try to login especially from a new device or location, our system might send you an email with a link. Click on the link in the email and login again with your credentials.
• If you forgot your password, please contact us through email.
• If you try too often to login with wrong username or password, our system will block your IP address from accessing our website for a few hours!
• You can only be logged in on maximum 2 devices at once! 

We support Face ID and Touch ID login! 

• You will be offered at first login to setup the  use of Face ID / Touch ID.
• Later you can use the Button on the Database page to setup Face ID / Touch ID usage.
