Model registration form

We collect personal information asked in our registration form, like first and last name, city and country, birthday, gender, languages spoken, email address, phone number and social media account names, height, weight, eye color, hair color, ethnicity, body type, body hair, facial hair, cock size and if you are cut/uncut, breast size, sexual orientation, sexual acts you might be perform and pictures of your face and naked body. If you submit the model registration form we also collect data which operation system and browser was used. Additionally we keep a record of the IP address used to submit the registration form.

We might also process the date of your last STD test and if the test was OK or NOT OK. We don’t process any specific result or documents. We will also process a photo of your ID card to fulfill compliance with laws.

We collect and process personal data to represent the model, makeup artist or location owner and to subsequently mediate cooperation between the model, makeup artist or location owner and our contractual partners.

Contact form

If you submit the contact form we collect data which operation system and browser was used. Additionally we keep a record of the IP address used to submit the form.

Organization/Producer registration form

We collect personal information asked in our registration form, together with your request to access the member section to view the portfolios of our models, makeup artists and locations. The purpose is to mediate future cooperation between the models represented by us and you as our contractual partners for an agreed price. In this case, by registering on our website you agree to the processing of your personal data for this purpose.

Other Data

In most cases your private data is used for the identification of the Contracting Parties required for the conclusion and subsequent fulfillment of the Agreement, which would not be possible without the provision of this data. In addition, due to the nature of the services provided by you, your sensitive personal data is also processed.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with

We share your data submitted in the model, makeup artist or location registration to our contractors, production companies, or directly to our clients who are interested in a particular model, makeup artist or location. They are supplied with photos, and all other private information. These contractual partners are committed to not transfer this personal data to third parties.

Your personal data (but not personal data of a special category: sexual orientation, body measurements, sexual preferences, test status) may be provided to persons who provide legal and accounting services to us in order to ensure the proper fulfillment of the obligations laid down by generally binding legal regulations. The personal data in question shall be further processed by our administrator of the IT network and administrative service provider. We have concluded an agreement on the Processing of personal data with these persons.
Your personal data (in particular that of a special category of personal data: sexual orientation, body measurements, sexual preferences, test status) may be provided to our clients in relation to the offer of services as subcontractors. Our clients may also be from abroad from countries of the European Union, the EEC and the United States of America.

With the exception of the prior cases, we do not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country, international organization or third parties other than those specified above.

How long we retain your data

We retain your data for as long as you work for us somehow indefinitely. Also we keep your data for maximum 1 year if you didn’t work for us after your model registration. If you worked for us we are obliged to keep your data by law for up to 10 years (accounting reasons 5 years, VAT reasons 10 years).

What rights you have over your data

If you have registered as a model on our website you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we correct or erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. In case of a detected data breach we inform all affected people in a 48h timeframe after we have been become aware of a data breach. We will also involve authorities to investigate the data breach.
